Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to the United States.

Additional countries may be added in the future.

  • Express Shipping, when available: 3–7 business days

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • clear photos of the damaged package,

  • clear photos of the damaged product.

We will review your request and help find a suitable solution.
